Refund & Cancellation Policy

Training Cancellations or Refunds

ICE Strategies does not accept refunds for any Firearms Training. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of scheduled training or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your tuition cost. Any no-call, no-show will result in forfeit of your training and course tuition.

If rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled training, the tuition cost will be moved to the next agreed upon available date.

Special Orders

ICE Strategies does not accept any refunds/returns for Special Orders through our shop. We ask that you please review your invoice, in detail, prior to placing your order and paying the invoice. Once payment for the Special Order has been made, we do not accept any refunds/returns.

Shop Purchases Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds on Hard/Soft, In-Stock Goods

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact condition that you received it (un-worn/un-used with the original tags and packaging). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your return was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take a little longer depending on your bank or credit card company to fully process the refund.

Damages & Issues

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your item(s). Contact us immediately if item(s) are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We stand behind our products and always offer an exchange to correct the issue before issuing a refund.
